Program Description

Event Details

In this introductory class, you'll learn the fundamental skills of machine sewing, guided step-by-step through the process.  From understanding the different parts of a sewing machine to mastering the straight stitch.  This course ensures that even the most novice sewers leave with newfound confidence.  As you practice your skills, you will create a lovely, heavy, luxurious, cotton printed panel,  20" x 30" kitchen towel.  This hands-on project not only provides a sense of accomplishment but also results in a handmade item to take home, marking the start of your sewing journey.  Whether you aim to pursue sewing as a hobby or a skill to enjoy with friends and family, this class sets the perfect foundation for your creative exploration.

Patrons will have a choice of towel design as supply lasts.
