Program Description
Event Details
Join us for a 30 minute class focusing on strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. This class will be led by a physical therapist who can assist the kids in yoga poses & breathing. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat! Attendance is limited to children ages 5-10 years. Registration is required.
