 nd how to manage common challenges. During the workshop, we’ll explore t
 he different period products available and demonstrate how each product wo
 rks, how often to change them, and how to use and dispose of them properly
 .We’ll wrap up the workshop by assembling period packs together! These p
 acks are designed for girls, women, and anyone who menstruates who may be 
 experiencing symptoms of a bleeding disorder. They help raise awareness an
 d support early diagnosis. This workshop is open to tweens and early teen
 s. All attendees must be accompanied by a trusted female adult (mother, au
