Join us for easy yet effective guided meditations to de-stress, still your mind, and experience inner peace and joy! Through Sahaja Yoga, you can achieve a state of meditation known as thoughtless awareness. In this state, your consciousness works in flow with your inner energy (Kundalini). Being in this state makes you peaceful and balanced while improving your wellness and relationships over time. Meditation is a daily practice! In this class you will also learn how to meditate at home and learn to be in balance.
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is beneficial and open to everyone from all ages. It is easy and anyone can do it!
This is a drop-in program on the first Wednesday of each month. Registration is recommended but not required.
